Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of the date you received your order with the exception of any personalized items. Please follow the inscription/customization selections carefully when choosing to customize these products.

Returned merchandise must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and include original care tags intact. Ellie Beans reserves the right to refuse returns that do not match above criteria.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We cannot provide prepaid shipping labels for returns. All International return shipping and reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear on your bank statement depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
